Chatham Property Maintenance was called out to a home located in the Georgetown community of Savannah, Georgia to replace some roof vent boots.  The roof vents that needed to be replaced where located on the backside of the two story house.  The roof vents boots/flashing had cracked around the top of the compromising the seal.  This allowed
