I called Chatham Property Maintenance for home repairs after I had a home inspection done. I had a list of repairs from replacing a fire door in my home to checking the vent system. Within a week of contacting Chatham all repairs were done and I'm really pleased with the entire experience. I received an online quote for the repairs for my approval and all charges were listed. Once approved the work was completed timely and professionally. I was kept in the loop the entire way. I'd definitely use Chatham Property Maintenance again. Great service

Very pleased with work completed by Tomeco Farrior of Chatham Property Maintenance. Highly recommend his work and service. He was very thorough in his explanation of the type of work that we needed to complete. He completed work in a timely manner and made excellent suggestions needed for our projects.
